The Problem 

Machine manufacturer 

Wanted to increase the sales of his machines but was exposed to massive price pressure in the industry and needed new sales strategies.

The machine user was forced by his own very price-sensitive market environment to be very selective when buying new machines and often had to choose the cheapest, but not the best supplier.

In addition, a  service contract was concluded, which ensured predictable after-sales revenues for the machine manufacturer.
