Corporate Business Development / Finance Specialist (f/m/x)

Who We Are

We are a fintech company in the industrial manufacturing field with an experienced team in Industrial IoT and finance. Together we are changing the way how equipment is financed and sold. We are now looking for a new investment professional in our team, who will lead the development of our asset management platform.

Your Responsibilities

Be the management's sparring partner and have the chance to take on responsibility early on
Assist in the business planning process and draft financial models
Prepare pitch documents and take on an active role in financing rounds with potential investors as well as support in due diligence negotiations
Be the internal intersection between all divisions across the company to ensure continuous growth of the company
Assistance in the preparation of pricings for end-users and OEMs

Your Profile

At least 1 year of professional experience with a dedicated background in corporate development, consultancy or corporate finance.
Good understanding of corporate finance and financial management
Hands on, business minded, self-starter and autonomous, yet a collaborative team player that is motivated to work in a fast paced ever changing start-up environment
Strong project management and MS Office skills (especially in MS excel)
Fluency in German and English

We are offering a starting salary of EUR 40.000 gross/ year. Your actual salary is of course dependent on your qualifications and experience and will be discussed with you personally
